Southwest Chess

FIDE rated tournaments are registered with the International Chess Federation (FIDE) and have a licensed FIDE arbiter overseeing them. The events must meet the FIDE regulations for being rated by FIDE. All players playing in a FIDE rated event must have a FIDE ID.
