Exciting Upcoming Chess Events

Just reminding you of two great upcoming events:

1. The November Rising Start Advanced G60+5 tournament is just a week away, on November 4th, at our favorite venue, the DoubleTree Hotel in Mesa. The hotel will once again offer it’s $10 box lunch deal for all participants.

The entry fee is a bargain at only $25 if you sign up before midnight on Wednesday, Nov 1. And remember, boards, sets, clocks, pens/pencils, and scoresheets are all provided for all sections. 2. The 2023 December FIDE Classic & Blitz is only 6 weeks away and is now open for registration. The format and tournament structure is the same as we used for the 2023 October FIDE Classic. The location is once again at the Delta Hotel by Marriott in Mesa and lunch concessions will again be offered for all participants.
